I have always been fascinated by the human body. I love learning about what it needs to thrive and have been on a life long journey to improve my own body, mind, & spirit. When I was introduced to massage therapy in 2003, I was amazed at the benefits I received from receiving regular sessions. In 2014, I decided to follow my dream of becoming a massage therapist and providing superior massage therapy services to the people of Morganton , NC.
Morganton has supported my dream, and I am so very grateful! I am now working to expand my dream to reach more people by adding more massage therapists and other healing modalities to Mindful Touch.
