She received her initial massage therapy education and certification in Neuromuscular Therapy & Structural Bodywork from Western North Carolina School of Massage in Asheville, NC. She loves working closely with her clients and helping them discover how regular massage sessions can improve their lives. She often uses long gliding strokes, gentle rhythmic rocking, and encourages deep breathing to engage your parasympathetic nervous system. After your body has relaxed and the tissues have softened, she explores the deeper layers of your muscle tissue and works to remove stored tension and dysfunction using various massage methods. She also offers individualized stretching routines to target problematic muscle groups, and recommendations for your at home relaxation practices.

Nikki is a compassionate and caring therapist who believes in the healing power of touch, and that massage therapy is an important part of a wellness routine. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, reading, getting massages, and spending time with her family.
